Chairperson
With over 8 years in the finance industry, Lester works at a multinational bank where he drives the bank’s sustainability development and content agenda, with the goal of upskilling bank staff and building the bank’s sustainable finance franchise.
Outside of work, you will find him sweating it out with a good run and engaging in strategy games. He is passionate about coffee and whisky, looks after his feline companion, and is his wife’s biggest supporter.

An ardent storyteller and an advocate for the care of the earth, Alicia co-founded The Curious Pangolin with James Khoo to educate both children and adults on the importance of arthropods and foster a love for the natural environment. Alicia also studies theology in order to inspire fellow Christians to incorporate care for God’s creation as part of their discipleship. She worships at Singapore Life Church.
Dennis Tan
Executive Director
Dennis Tan is the Founding Executive Director at Our Father’s World. He has been with the organisation from its inception–building its infrastructure, organization, and network–and now continues to lead it as its first full time staff. In 2023, he co-authored Creation Care and the Gospel, a primer on faith-based environmental action written for Christians in Southeast Asia.
Dennis graduated valedictorian from the environmental studies programme at the National University of Singapore and is currently preparing to pursue a Master of Divinity. He worships at Sengkang Methodist Church, where he also chairs the Creation Care Committee and is the Secretary of the Local Church Executive Committee.
