Liaw Ann Shin

Board Secretary
Director

Ann Shin is the Board Secretary and Director of Outreach and Engagement at Our Father’s World. Ann Shin hopes to help other Christians see living out good stewardship of the earth as a way of loving God and His creation. As an avid lover of nature, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and diving is currently working as a sustainability consultant.

Leow Wen Pin

Chairperson

Revd Leow Wen Pin is the Founder and Chairman of KIN (a disability mission organisation). He also serves as Associate Pastor at Bethany Evangelical Free Church. He has authored/edited several Christian books, including co-authoring Creation Care and the Gospel. You can find out more about him at www.leowwenpin.com.

Lester Tan

Board Treasurer

With over 8 years in the finance industry, Lester works at a multinational bank where he drives the bank’s sustainability development and content agenda, with the goal of upskilling bank staff and building the bank’s sustainable finance franchise. 

Outside of work, you will find him sweating it out with a good run and engaging in strategy games. He is passionate about coffee and whisky, looks after his feline companion, and is his wife’s biggest supporter.

Isabel Loh

Member

Isabel has 7 years of experience in the sustainability industry, specializing in carbon management, net zero advisory, and ESG. Outside of work, she loves exploring God’s world and word. A firm believer that creation care is part of whole-life discipleship, she founded Covenant Evangelical Free Church (CEFC)’s Creation Care group in 2021.

Alicia Lim

Member

An ardent storyteller and an advocate for the care of the earth, Alicia co-founded The Curious Pangolin with James Khoo to educate both children and adults on the importance of arthropods and foster a love for the natural environment. Alicia also studies theology in order to inspire fellow Christians to incorporate care for God’s creation as part of their discipleship. She worships at Singapore Life Church.

Jarel Tang

Member

Jarel has been active in sustainability and non-profit work for over a decade. He founded an organisation that provides support to children and youth from lower-income families, and previously served on the board of a social mobility non-profit. As a management consultant, he has worked with several organisations on their net zero journeys. Jarel worships at Bethany Evangelical Free Church.

Dennis Tan

Executive Director

Dennis Tan is the Founding Executive Director at Our Father’s World. He has been with the organisation from its inception–building its infrastructure, organization, and network–and now continues to lead it as its first full time staff. In 2023, he co-authored Creation Care and the Gospel, a primer on faith-based environmental action written for Christians in Southeast Asia.

Dennis graduated valedictorian from the environmental studies programme at the National University of Singapore and is currently preparing to pursue a Master of Divinity. He worships at Sengkang Methodist Church, where he also chairs the Creation Care Committee and is the Secretary of the Local Church Executive Committee. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with nature, playing board games and going to the theatre.

Rev Dr. Andrew Peh

Advisor

Rev Dr Andrew Peh is a lecturer in mission and world religions at Trinity Theological College (TTC). He is an alumnus of TTC as well as Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore Kentucky, USA. He is ordained as a diaconal minister in the Chinese Annual Conference of the Methodist Church in Singapore and is attached to Bukit Panjang Methodist Church. His research interests are in colonial missions history of Southeast Asia (Singapore) and the missions history of East Asia (particularly Japanese Christianity).

Rev Dr. Gregory Goh

Advisor

Rev Dr Goh Nai Lat was a graduate of National University of Singapore and Trinity Theological Seminary. He obtained a Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary. He joined CAC in 1992 and has since served for 29 years.

He has ministered as a District Superintendent, Chairman of the Disciple Agency of the Methodist Church, a school chaplain and pastor of Holy Covenant Methodist Church, Geylang Chinese Methodist Church, Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church and Ang Mo Kio Chinese Methodist Church. He was elected President of CAC from 2017-2024.

Rev Dr Goh Nai Lat has been married to Irene Lim, a full-time teacher, for over 30 years and they have two daughters and a son. He likes photography and enjoys well-brewed coffee.

Rev. Lam Kuo Yung

Member

Rev. Lam Kuo Yung is the Vice-Moderator of the Synod of the Presbyterian Church in Singapore. He is also the senior minister of Katong Presbyterian Church and co-author of the book Creation Care and the Gospel. An avid nature lover, he enjoys hiking and camping both locally and abroad. He believes that nature has the power to lead believers into the presence of God, which is why he regularly conducts retreats for his church members in parks and at beaches.

A/P Adrian Loo

Head, Welfare

Adrian Loo is a conservation biologist and educator. He is currently an Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he works on fighting illegal wildlife trade and advancing conservation technologies. He was formerly the Group Director for Wildlife Management and Senior Director for Community Projects, Corporate Development and Services at the National Parks Board. He led the division to reduce human-wildlife conflicts through science-based management, education and community stewardship through projects like the One Million Trees movement. He mentors youth for CITES, combats illegal wildlife trade, and lectures on environmental science at NUS.

Jasmine Kwong

Advisor

Based in the Philippines, Jasmine is a creation care advocate with OMF International and a catalyst for creation care with the Lausanne Movement. With a background in conservation biology and community development, she often works in the intersections between people and the natural world. Her particular interests are in food security and marine conservation.

Rev Ian Chew

Member

Rev Ian Chew is the Vicar of Church of the Ascension, a parish under the Diocese of Singapore (Anglican). He graduated with Masters of Divinity from Trinity Theological College in 2017. He is married to his wife Esther and they have three children.

Lawrence Ko

Advisor

Lawrence Ko is founder-director of Asian Journeys Ltd, leader of the Green Desert Project in Inner Mongolia. He has authored 2 books on creation care: Can the Desert Be Green? Planting Hope in the Wilderness, and, From the Desert to the City: Christians in Creation Care.

Mr. Bernard Yeo

Advisor

Bernard Yeo is a retired business consultant, chartered accountant, and HR professional with extensive board experience in both listed and private companies. Bernard also chairs the gardening ministry at Bethany Evangelical Free Church and is actively involved with the community garden at Siglap South CC. His personal interests also encompass swimming and fostering connections through fellowship and sharing life experiences.  Bernard served as a teaching leader for Bible Study Fellowship for 13 years and as chairman of Bethany Evangelical Free Church for three years, and currently leads two small group Bible studies. He is a proud father of two grown daughters and a grandfather to three.

Mr Leow Foon Lee

Advisor

Foon Lee brings over 30 years of corporate experience, leading Asia-Pacific operations in energy and telecommunications for global multinationals, including two decades in China. Since 2015, he’s advised on energy, notably for the Asian Development Bank. He’s currently a Visiting Senior Fellow on energy policy at the Energy Studies Institute of the National University of Singapore and an adjunct lecturer at the Nanyang Business School of Nanyang Technological University. Additionally, he’s a Senior Accredited Board Director for an SGX-listed company and actively serves in Church of Our Saviour.

Poo Chooi-Yee

Head, Welfare

Chooi Yee cares deeply about living out her faith through caring for the environment and sees creation care as an important part of discipleship. Over her years of work at a local polytechnic, she has come to value the quiet impact of service and hopes to enrich others through a loving witness to the call of caring for God’s creation. She worships at Christ Methodist Church and cherishes time with loved ones in Malaysia and painting in watercolour.

Trinity Chua

Lead, Equipping Working Group

Trinity is the lead of the Equipping Working Group of Our Father’s World, and is a sustainability and climate risk consultant. In her past life, she was a finance and business journalist who fell in love with the ocean and all God’s creation when she started scuba diving (especially a lizard fish that gave her a stink eye for her amateur diving skills). As a born Christian, she started her journey with God as a Methodist, before choosing to be part of the Anglican church. In all her roles, she hopes to walk with God in helping people and creatures in the margins. She also loves animals and is a proud owner of a royally spoiled doodle.

Kezia Khoo

Deputy Lead, Equipping Working Group

Kezia is the deputy lead of the Equipping Working Group and is an intern at the Fellowship of Evangelical Students. She has been serving with Our Father’s World from 2021 and helped to launch our inaugural reflective nature walks. 

As a passionate creation care educator, she speaks regularly in various settings including churches, schools and conferences. 

She worships at Covenant Evangelical Free Church (BPJ).

Emma Lock

Head, Communications
Co-Lead, Conference Working Group

Emma is the Head of Communications at Our Father’s World, as well as the co-lead for the 2026 Creation Care Conference. She currently studies Environmental Earth Systems Science in Nanyang Technological University. She worships at Barker Road Methodist Church, and finds great satisfaction in contemplating the wonders of God creation in nature and in humanity. As curious person, she loves to hear about other’s stories and perspectives, all she needs is a good cup of tea. Outside of school, she enjoys cafe hopping and occasionally a good thrift run.

Priscilla Teh

Lead, Resources Working Group

Priscilla is the lead of the Resources Working Group at Our Father’s World. A nature lover since young, Priscilla loves being outdoors, exploring wildlife, watercolouring, and dreams of taking care of God’s creatures in heaven. For now, she has a 12-year-old dog, Nala, her outdoor buddy!

Her creation care journey began in her university days, which led to a summer internship with A Rocha Canada—an unforgettable experience. Priscilla has been working for the past 5 years with the Housing Development Board to organise events and manage volunteers. She worships with her husband at Bethesda Pasir Ris Mission Church.

 

Ryan Wee

Deputy Lead, Resources Working Group

Ryan is the deputy lead of the Resources Working Group at Our Father’s World. He never considered himself an environmentalist, but has become increasingly convicted that creation care is the responsibility of all who believe in the gospel. He graduated from University College London in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in history and is particularly interested in the medieval church. His favourite pastime is probably playing Scrabble, a board game that he considers himself to be rather decent at.

Gwenyth Ee

Co-Lead, Conference Working Group

Gwenyth co-leads the Conference Working Group at Our Father’s World. Trained in communications, she now works in the sustainability team of a corporate real estate department. Outside work, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones—often over a cup of tea or in nature. She worships at Church of the Good Shepherd.
